COHO Apartment

Following the success of Cohouse Pigneto comes COHO Apartment, a hip, two-floor locale in the heart of Rome (just a few steps from Piazza Barberini) that’s fast becoming the city’s hottest hangout.

Head upstairs and you’ll stumble upon a sleek space reminiscent of a New York-style apartment, with wide glass windows that look out onto Via del Tritone. Open COHO’s menu, and you’ll find a selection of sushi and carpaccio from their raw bar, and red and white pizzas. Feel free to take part in a game of billiards as you wait for your meal, or chill out to their DJ set.

Downstairs, meanwhile, is pure exotic fusion, with a space for dancing, and tables scattered throughout the room like islands in an archipelago. Ceiling-high plants that makes you feel as if you are sitting in paradise itself. A professional DJ plays music next to the bar, and the beat and melody flood the room, energizing everyone. The downstairs floor also hosts regular movie showings, performances, and more.

And then there are the drinks. Such variety, and such creativity. There are champagnes, and reds, and whites, rosés and beers too, but the real showstopper is the cocktail list. Original drinks, six signature cocktails and house cocktails that are tropical deviations from the usual. Take for example “The Pure Pear”, a vodka-pearl combination with a dash of cinnamon, or the “Smoked Pipe”, a gin and vermouth concoction smoked with applewood.

So walk into COHO Apartment, and give yourself that night you deserve, with ambrosia to drink and a place to dance the night away.
