Black Market moves down to the river
Monti’s Blackmarket is packing up its signature vintage style and moving down to the banks of the River Tiber to bring you long summer nights of live music, dj sets, and aperitivi far away from the hot and overcrowded bars and relentless traffic at street level. Culture lovers, you can get your fill of art exhibitions and sports fans, watch the World Cup and cheer for your team alongside an international crowd.
During the year this local favourite is a raw vintage venue full of nooks and crannies perfect for curling up and enjoying a great glass of wine or a cocktail and its regular location is still open at Via Panisperna 101. But in the heat of summer, Blackmarket Tiber nestles into the bustling river-bank scene directly under Ponte Mazzini and stands out with its cocktails and music-feuled parties.
The 7-days-a-week programme:
Monday is ’50 Rock n’roll night with Summertime Boogie.
Every Tuesday is Housewardrobe on the Tiber with a Live Deep House jam session, aperitivo, and market area.
On Wednesdays, come for the weekly party WeWant2Groove with Sweat Drops.
Thursdays brings you Concor show, a collaboration of FAAC and Blackmarket, that will get you in the rhythm of Roman summers with adrenaline pumping DJ sets and keep your energy up with a satisfying aperitivo.
