The Florentine festival, <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/taste.pittimmagine.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pitti Taste<\/a><\/strong>, <\/em>returns at the <strong>Fortezza da Basso<\/strong> from <strong>8 to 10 February 2025<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s theme,&nbsp;<em>Born Under the Sign of Taste<\/em>, celebrates both sweet and savory excellence. The Fortezza da Basso will be transformed into a vibrant constellation of gastronomic delights, with over&nbsp;<strong>750 companies<\/strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>150 first-time participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>True wine enthusiasts won\u2019t want to miss the exclusive&nbsp;<strong>Masterclasses on Heroic Wines<\/strong>, held on&nbsp;<strong>Saturday, February 8, and Sunday, February 9<\/strong>&nbsp;in the Masterclass Room of the&nbsp;<strong>Gravel Pavilion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the&nbsp;<strong>Padiglione delle Ghiaie<\/strong>&nbsp;becomes a key meeting point, hosting presentations, events, and engaging masterclasses. At the&nbsp;<strong>Unicredit Taste Arena<\/strong>, renowned food journalist&nbsp;<strong>Davide Paolini<\/strong>&nbsp;will take the stage with&nbsp;<em>The Ring<\/em>, alongside other leading figures from the culinary world. Meanwhile, in the&nbsp;<strong>Filippo &#8211; Ristorante a Pietrasanta<\/strong>&nbsp;space, visitors can savor famous dishes from&nbsp;<strong>Versilia<\/strong>&nbsp;and enjoy themed tastings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Davide Paolini<\/strong> will introduce his latest restaurant guide, featuring <strong>must-visit dining spots in Florence<\/strong>. As a passionate gastronome and flavor explorer, Paolini selects and highlights the city&#8217;s most authentic and remarkable eateries, detailing their specialties and unique dining experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Attic Floor<\/strong> of the Central Pavilion&nbsp;will showcase savory products, while the&nbsp;<strong>Ground Floor<\/strong>&nbsp;of the Central Pavilion&nbsp;will feature a hybrid selection of both sweet and savory offerings. The&nbsp;<strong>Cavaniglia Pavilion<\/strong>&nbsp;will be dedicated to sweets, including a special&nbsp;<strong>Taste Spirits<\/strong>&nbsp;section with 34 labels of gin, vermouth, and amari. Additionally, on both the&nbsp;<strong>Attic and Ground Floors<\/strong>&nbsp;of the Central Pavilion, the&nbsp;<strong>Taste Tools<\/strong>&nbsp;section will present a curated selection of table and kitchen accessories, blending craftsmanship with technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the main exhibition,&nbsp;<em>Fuori di Taste<\/em>&nbsp;brings the experience into the city with a&nbsp;<strong>calendar of themed tastings, special events, and talks<\/strong>.
