Whether through sculpture, gold painting, or historical artefacts, visitors will encounter beauty from a variety of mediums.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This museum system stands out for having the <strong>richest collection of Michelangelo\u2019s works in the world<\/strong>, spread across the Bargello, the Accademia, and the Medici Chapels, as well as for the variety of its holdings: from sculpture to painting, from tapestries to musical instruments, and from textiles to decorative arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Bargello, visitors can indulge in the beauty of <em>David<\/em> by Donatello and the bronze Mercury by Giambologna. The unification serves as a \u201ccoherent cultural project that brings visibility to special and still little-known heritage, telling the story of Florence\u2019s arts across its various eras as a living, multifaceted organism,\u201d continued Contessa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new ticketing structure reflects recent adjustments to individually priced admissions, which were introduced earlier in the year. However, museum officials note that the new multi-visit tickets are lower in cost than the sum of individual admission fees.
