Florian Rooms is your residence in the heart of the city of Rome. Located in a historic 19th century building, their five rooms, recently renovated in a young, simple style, are bright and welcoming. Equipped with private bathroom, television, air conditioning and free wi-fi.

You can enjoy a soothing and friendly atmosphere, only 4 minutes from Termini Station and opposite the ruins of the ancient baths of Diocletian. The historic area, between Independence Square and Cinquecento Square, is a very cosmopolitan and multi-cultural central area, with shops and restaurants at reasonable prices and not far from the picturesque open-air market at Vittorio Square.

In addition, it’s an easy walk or short bus or metro ride to the most important monuments and squares: the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the QuirinalePiazza VeneziaRoman Forum, the ColosseumPiazza di SpagnaPiazza del Popolo and the commercial street Via del Corso with its variety of luxury shops, brands, and coffee.

The five rooms are furnished in a simple and delicate style: each room is inspired by its own type of flower. Over the centuries, flowers were a poetic means of conveying important messages to give strength and expression to a feeling. The color of each room expresses the emotion of a particular flower to create a unique and inspirational space.

Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast (also gluten-free) at the Cafe Florian’sat no. 9 Independence Square, just a 2 minute walk from the guesthouse. You can enjoy both lunch and dinner in Florian’s restaurant with pizza cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven as well as typical Italian dishes.
