Il ristorante, <strong>trasteverino<\/strong> per circostanze, <strong>siciliano<\/strong> per origini, e <strong>mediterraneo<\/strong> per scelta, accoglie al suo interno svariate tradizioni di culture bagnate dal <strong>Mar Mediterraneo<\/strong> per un risultato eccellente. A <strong>Roma<\/strong> e dintorni non mancano <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/it\/migliori-ristoranti-pesce-roma\/\">ristoranti di pesce<\/a><\/strong>, ma Mare Nostrum \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che unico nel suo genere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In un mare di cuochi provetti, Mare Nostrum vi stupir\u00e0 con i suoi piatti relativamente semplici in grado di suscitare emozioni. In primis, le <strong>materie prime<\/strong> di <strong>altissimo livello<\/strong>, <strong>freschissime<\/strong>, locali, e spesso a <strong>km 0<\/strong>, scelte con cura quotidianamente. Complice anche l\u2019estro dello staff e dello chef, le creazioni di Mare Nostrum raggiungono equilibri delicati e <strong>connubi particolari,<\/strong> frutto di tanto studio e di infinita passione.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mare-Nostrum-vongole-2-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Mare Nostrum Seafood is a Sicilian restaurant in Trastevere, Rome, uniting various mediterranean traditions.\" class=\"wp-image-105939\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dietro ad un piatto di pasta c\u2019\u00e8 un mondo di amore e tanti tentativi. Lasciatevi travolgere dai verdissimi <strong>Paccheri Creuza de M\u00e0<\/strong>, con tartare di salmone all&#8217;arancia, pesto leggero di basilico, fonduta di parmigiano e granella di pistacchio. O ancora dagli spaghetti con vongole veraci, bottarga di tonno, crema di aglio nero e sapori di Sicilia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gli <strong>antipasti<\/strong> sono abbastanza da far venire l\u2019acquolina in bocca, con <strong>crudi, cotti, e grandi mix<\/strong>. Dei secondi va assolutamente segnalata <strong>La Sicilia In Tavola<\/strong>: un gustoso filetto di tonno scottato in crosta di sesamo, sfoglia di caponata e spuma di lemongrass. I <strong>vini<\/strong> provengono da tutta Italia e tanti sono biologici.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dietro ad un messaggio puramente enogastronomico possiamo intravedere un mondo intero. Il cibo spesso trascende limiti spazio-temporali. In ogni piatto di Mare Nostrum, infatti, si parte da un\u2019<strong>ispirazione alla Sicilia<\/strong> per visitare altre<strong> regioni italiane e mediterrane<\/strong>e. Il proprietario, <strong>Fabio<\/strong>, \u00e8 di <strong>Palermo<\/strong> e vive a Roma da 30 anni. A Fabio non piacciono i confini, e la proverbiale <strong>ospitalit\u00e0 siciliana<\/strong> si fa tanto sentire da Mare Nostrum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Mare-Nostrum-tonno-2-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Mare Nostrum Seafood is a Sicilian restaurant in Trastevere, Rome, uniting various mediterranean traditions.\" class=\"wp-image-105941\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabio voleva portare a Roma qualcosa che non esisteva, una cucina di mare particolare che unisse <strong>tradizioni e culture diverse<\/strong>, e ci \u00e8 riuscito. Basti pensare a piatti come tartare di tonno con nocciole tostate, maionese alla liquirizia e polvere di olive nere, o ancora come carpaccio di salmone agli agrumi, coulis di lamponi e fonduta di stracciatella.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/seafood-restaurant-in-rome-trastevere-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"Mare Nostrum Seafood Restaurant a Trastevere\" class=\"wp-image-105956\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mare Nostrum ha la location ideale: si trova al centro di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/it\/guida-di-trastevere-cosa-vedere\/\">Trastevere<\/a><\/strong> (in una traversa che d\u00e0 su <strong>Viale Trastevere<\/strong> quasi all\u2019altezza del <strong>Ministero<\/strong>) ma lontano dal suo caos, ed \u00e8 facilmente raggiungibile anche con i <strong>mezzi<\/strong>. Lo staff \u00e8 giovane e gentile.
