Oggi da Bistrot64 si trovano piatti contemporanei, che esaltano materia prima povera, di stagione con divertimento e maturit\u00e0. Proprio la sua casa, nel pieno centro di Roma, a pochi metri dall\u2019Ara Pacis, sviluppata in 850 metri quadri su pi\u00f9 livelli, \u00e8 stata trasfomata in cocktail bar, caffetteria con affaccio su strada, ristorante, salsa per eventi privati e b&amp;b. Non manca la cucina giapponese, della regione del Kansai di Osaka, da cui proviene il sushi chef Aiuchi Takehiko. Qui dalle 7 del mattino all\u20191 di notte si pu\u00f2 mangiare di tutto. Ci\u00f2 che spicca sono le pizze romane realizzate dal pizzaiolo Luca Pezzetta, noto a molti per la sua pizzeria di successo Clementina e il recente Micro Forno aperto sempre a Fiumicino.
