L&#8217;appuntamento \u00e8 da segnare in agenda nei <strong>primi due fine settimana di marzo<\/strong>, dall&#8217;<strong>1 al 3 <\/strong>e dall&#8217;<strong>8 al 10<\/strong>, per immergersi in un viaggio di gusto tra i sapori della cucina romana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partire dalle migliori materie prime di qualit\u00e0, gli chef di Eataly e alcuni ospiti d\u2019eccezione, tra cui Felice a Testaccio e Pastificio Secondi,\u00a0proporranno uno dei piatti pi\u00f9 iconici della tradizione romana, in tante vesti diverse: dal classico tonnarello alla versione &#8220;moderna&#8221;, con crema di cacio romano e mix di pepi sichuan. E poi si prosegue con le mezzemaniche, il suppl\u00ec, la pasta fresca, ravioli e gnocchi, i fritti e molto altro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non pu\u00f2 mancare anche la <strong>pizza<\/strong>, ovviamente cacio e pepe!
