Cheebo ha aperto le sue porte nell\u2019aprile 2025, portando nell\u2019est di Roma gli <strong><em>smashburger <\/em><\/strong>in stile americano e il <em>comfort food <\/em>a lenta cottura. Abbiamo trovato un\u2019atmosfera piacevole, un mix tra retr\u00f2 e moderno, con un tocco predominante di bl\u00f9. <strong>\u201cBite the East Side\u201d <\/strong>\u00e8 il loro motto, che non potrebbe essere pi\u00f9 azzeccato!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 partito da tre amici (Flavia, Matteo e Jacopo) che hanno deciso di dire basta alla vita d\u2019ufficio. Infatti, hanno scelto di puntare tutto su una passione condivisa: i panini. Non panini qualsiasi, per\u00f2! Qui trovi <strong><em>Fried Chicken<\/em><\/strong> marinato nel latticello, <strong><em>Pulled Pork<\/em><\/strong> cotto lentamente per 22 ore, smashburger preparati al momento e serviti in morbidi<strong> <em>bun <\/em>di patate<\/strong> fatti in casa. Niente prodotti congelati, salvo le patatine, ma anche quelle scelte con molta cura. Si tratta quindi di cibo preparato fresco ogni giorno, con ingredienti forniti da realt\u00e0 locali come la <strong>macelleria Colasanti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Cheebo-Roma-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Cheebo: smashburgers e comfort food contemporaneo nel quartiere Est di Roma\" class=\"wp-image-179964\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I tre soci, e amici, sono cresciuti proprio in zona, e non hanno mai pensato di aprire altrove. Con Cheebo volevano <strong>dare qualcosa indietro al quartiere<\/strong>: uno spazio accogliente, accessibile anche ai pi\u00f9 giovani, dove sentirsi a casa. I prezzi sono pensati per essere alla portata anche di chi viene con la paghetta della settimana. Infatti, \u00e8 un posto per tutti: bambini, ragazzi, famiglie e gruppi di amici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consigliato da noi<\/strong>: la Rustica forse non \u00e8 sulla tua solita mappa del cibo, ma Cheebo \u00e8 una valida ragione per inserire questo quartiere nei tuoi programmi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pausa-pranzo-comfort-food-al-volo-ma-fatto-bene\">Pausa pranzo: comfort food al volo (ma fatto bene)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ti trovi nei paraggi, il consiglio \u00e8 di partire dal <strong><em>Smashburger Classic <\/em><\/strong>fatto di carne macinata fresca, schiacciata in piastra fino a formare quella crosticina irresistibile e adagiata su un soffice <em>bun <\/em>di patate fatto in casa. Un panino semplice che va dritto al punto!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.romeing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Cheebo-Roma-1-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Cheebo: smashburgers e comfort food contemporaneo nel quartiere Est di Roma\" class=\"wp-image-179968\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se hai voglia di provare qualcosa di pi\u00f9 sfizioso, la scelta migliore \u00e8 il<strong> <em>Burger Pulled Pork<\/em><\/strong>: un panino con carne speziata, sfilacciata a mano e cotta lentamente per 22 ore. Il risultato \u00e8 un\u2019esplosione di gusto che mette d\u2019accordo chiunque creda che un panino possa valere un viaggio fino a La Rustica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consigliato da noi<\/strong>: qui i contorni non sono da trascurare! Le patatine (l\u2019unica cosa non fatta in casa) restano comunque scelte con cura e accompagnano benissimo il <em>bun <\/em>con la loro unica croccantezza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cena-in-compagnia-la-versione-serale-di-cheebo\">Cena in compagnia: la versione serale di Cheebo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 quando scende la sera che Cheebo si scatena: l\u2019atmosfera si scalda, i panini escono dalla cucina con quel profumo che mette fame solo a guardarli! <strong><em>L\u2019Oklahoma <\/em><\/strong>\u00e8 il panino da ordinare se vuoi capire davvero l\u2019anima di Cheebo, come ci suggerisce Flavia. Ricco, succoso, con il patty da 90g e le cipolle caramellate pressate direttamente in cottura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La combo perfetta per accompagnare il tuo<strong> comfort food<\/strong> qui la trovi sotto forma di un\u2019ampia scelta di birre artigianali, provenienti dai birrifici laziali, o di bibite fresche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consigliato da noi<\/strong>: non sottovalutare la versione <strong>vegana e vegetariana<\/strong>!
