Native to China, Lang Lang has performed for audiences in America, China and throughout Europe. In 2009 TIME Magazine included Lang Lang as part of The Time’s 100 Most Influential People for his coming of age take on classic musical pieces. Grammy winning pianist and composer Herbie Hancock said of Lang Lang, “You hear him play, and he never ceases to touch your heart. And he’s fearless. He’s not afraid to burst the bubble of false élitism. He’ll wear a new kind of tux, with tennis shoes. That’s cool.”

Famous for his ability to combine classical music with modernity, this performance will include four sonatas by Mozart and the famous Chopin‘s Four Ballades. One of his last stops in the European portion of his tour, Lang Lang at the Auditorium is sure to be an unforgettable musical event starting at 8:30pm.
