You can see the boundaries broken down in a few events featured by Belgian born artist Jan Fabre – including Stigmata at the MAXXI museum and two theatrical works (16-17th and 20th October at Teatro Eliseo) . Fabre has been fascinated with the human body and believes that performance art explores the limits of our bodies. You can delve into a dreamlike fantasy with “The Bush”, an album by Diego Buongiorno, that gives birth to contemporary art and sound through music – or listen to the live version of it, “My Heart is a Forest” performed at Palladium theatre on 19 and 20 October. Allow dance to take you on a journey of the unknown through our bodies in Tabea Martin’s “Duet for Two Dancers” (25 October at Palladium), or catch Dada Masilo’s rendition of the classic “Swan Lake” (from 6th to 10th November at Teatro Argentina).
