Neeraj –
I am so grateful to Chef Maurizio that he helped to learn Italian cooking. We learnt how to make homemade pasta ravioli and gelato (Ice Cream). I can never forget the experience I had and the knowledge I gained of cooking Italian food. Italian food cooking is an art and only people who have been Chef or cooking for many years can really teach you the art to cook Italian food. It is real fun while you learn cooking and then you get to eat the food you cook. I would like to join more classes and learn more about Italian cooking. I have no words how to thank for letting me have this experience of my life time. Thanks again would suggest all to join the classes and learn real Italian food cooking in the heart of Rome.
