We loved our pizza making class! David was a wonderful and very patient instructor and the whole process was so much fun. Best of all we got to enjoy the fruits of our labor with a nice glass of wine and bruschetta. Everyone agreed – including the teens – that this was one of their favorite parts of our trip.

This was so much fun! All the staff in the restaurant and the chef (I think his name was Joe – sorry I can’t remember!) were so friendly and helpful. Each step of making pizza was explained in detail so I feel I could make it at home but it was still kept fun and enjoyable despite the detail. All of the ingredients were great quality and made for a very delicious pizza. Couldn’t recommend this enough! Really gives you an authentic taste of Italian food and is even more satisfying knowing you have made it yourself!

The course was very funny and astonishing, since we learned so many new and unexpected things about making Pizza! Our cooks, Matteo und Caterina, are great teachers and we loved being a part of real italian “cucina ristorante” (restaurant kitchen). Our Kids (12 and 17) were so excited about the course that we booked the Pasta course the day after. We highly recommend this course to all families !
