Make your way along the riverbank to our summer location located in central Rome and meet your small group of aspiring pizza chefs and your local guide. You’ll spend 1.5 hours learning how to make pizza from fresh, local ingredients.
After bring assigned your pizza station, you will discover your pizza making utensils and begin your theoretical and practical lesson on the dough creation. You will learn everything from the ingredients to the time to rise and the two different ways of kneading the dough: thin such as the Roman style or thicker like a Neapolitan base.
From here you can choose which type of pizza you would like to create: Marinara, Margherita, Diavola or Napoli. After the lesson, you will be accompanied at your table where you’ll enjoy your homemade Pizza cooked in a traditional wood oven.
