“Romeing<\/strong>” \u2013 means the promoter that sells goods and services through the website www.romeing.it\/shop<\/p>

“Booking Confirmation<\/strong>” – means the confirmation receipt provided by us to the Client on making a booking with us when money is received;
“Client<\/strong>” – means\u00a0those persons registered on the booking form<\/p>

“Services<\/strong>” means those activities provided by our Suppliers that can be purchased on Romeing website
“Supplier<\/strong>” – means the recognised contracted party used to fulfil an activity, venue or service;<\/p>

This website is operated by Romeing. By visiting our site and purchasing Services from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (\u201cTerms of Service\u201d, \u201cTerms\u201d), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and\/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.<\/p>

Romeing has selected Supplier among the most reliable tour operators and <\/strong>Experiences, Events or other Services provider on the market but as our company is not registered as tour operator and it is not the provided of the activity acquired, the Suppliers alone are responsible for the Experiences, Events, or other transport Services that are listed on romeing website<\/strong>. Romeing only provides the possibility to book through its website and it is not itself an operator or provider of tours, activities, transport services, Experiences, Events or other Services. Romeing does not provide, manage and\/or control any of such Experiences or other Services therefore Romeing responsibilities are limited to making the booking available through our Platform and refund in case of cancellation according to terms below<\/p>

Romeing websites enables clients to purchase certain services and goods from third party supplier.<\/strong><\/p>

Romeing does not own, create, control, manage, deliver, or supply any of the Services and goods displayed on the website, nor is Romeing an organiser or retailer of the services offered on the website<\/strong><\/p>

As a client you should carefully review the description of any Service or Experience, you intend to book to ensure you you meet any minimum age as certain laws, like for example minimum legal drinking age, driving license etc.<\/p>

You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your participation in an Experience.<\/p>
