After meeting your experienced, food-loving guide you’ll head off for an introduction to the local culinary scene. Begin with a Sicilian-style breakfast at Cannoleria Siciliana, where you’ll have freshly made cannoli accompanied by perfectly brewed coffee.

Next you’ll explore the largest food market in Rome. Marvel at the freshest of produce as well as the juicy buffalo mozzarella, eggplant parmesan, bruschetta, and more. Meet the people who bring their local products and produce to this neighborhood venue.

Get your taste buds ready for the number 1 pizza in Rome. You’ll meet the Michelangelo of pizza, Gabriel Bonci, and choose from an incredible and unpredictable 80 varieties of pizza made fresh daily.
