For wine lovers and seekers of authentic experiences, we offer a private tour in one of the best family-owned wineries of Frascati and the Castelli Romani, operating since 1712, with three levels of tasting: Classic, Premium, and Lunch Tastings.
The Classic and Premium Wine Tastings are available at 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM (except Sundays). Both include a guided tasting of three wines paired with finger food, while the Premium option features an additional aged red wine. Each experience begins with a walk through the vineyard and ends with a visit to the cellar, where guests can purchase Italian wines and olive oil.
For a more complete gastronomic journey, the Lunch Tasting (available at 12:00 PM) offers a four-course meal—starter, first course, main course, and dessert—each perfectly paired with a different wine. This option also includes the vineyard tour and cellar visit, lasting approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Antonina, the guide was excellent. She spoke just slowly enough for all of us to understand. Such a beautiful, relaxing, informative afternoon. Michelle, the sommelier, was fantastic as well. If you have the time and want to get out of the city, take this opportunity. You won’t regret it.
