7 Michelin-starred restaurants in Florence
With the new edition of the Michelin Guide 2025, Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence sees its three stars confirmed and Santa Elisabetta (headed by chef Rocco de Santis) its two.
The 1-star new entries in Florence is Atto by Vito Mollica , who many in the city got to know during his previous job at the Palagio of the Four Seasons Florence, and Saporium Firenze. A star has also been confirmed for Massimo Bottura’s Gucci Osteria, which is now home to the couple (in life and in the kitchen) Karime Lopez and Takahiko Kondo. That said, 38 restaurants in Tuscany have been awarded with the 2025 Michelin stars.
