Spend an unforgettable afternoon in Florence with a pizza and gelato making class perfect for the entire family.
Guided by a professional pizza chef, or pizzaiolo, you’ll learn to make tender, flexible yeast dough. Learn tips and techniques you can use at home for baking in your own oven.
You’ll stretch, sauce, bake, and slice your pizza. While the dough rests, you’ll watch our chef demonstrate the art of making artisanal gelato. You’ll also learn how to prepare the classic waffle cone and delve into the history of Italian ice cream.
As your gelato churns, your chef will guide you in making the batter and cooking the cone. Once ready, you’ll enjoy your delicious pizza and gelato. Plus, you’ll receive a booklet with recipes to recreate these Italian delights for family and friends at home. This is a fun, educational experience that immerses you in Italian culture and cuisine.
