Discover the 8 Michelin-starred restaurants in Florence

With the new 2026 edition of the Michelin Guide, Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence has confirmed its three stars, while Santa Elisabetta, led by chef Rocco de Santis, retains its two.

Among the one-star restaurants, the guide confirms Atto di Vito Mollica, Borgo San Jacopo with chef Claudio Mengoni, Gucci Osteria with the cuisine of Karime López, Il Palagio, the legendary restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, and Saporium by Ariel Hagen.

The big newcomer this year is Luca’s Restaurant, located inside Hotel La Gemma. The kitchen is overseen by multi-starred chef Paulo Airaudo who, together with Tommaso Querini and Olivia Cappelletti, offers an elegant and contemporary take on fine dining.
