With the guidance of an English-speaking chef, you will learn how to prepare fresh fettuccine from scratch, ricotta-filled ravioli inspired by a traditional grandmother’s recipe, and one of Italy’s most iconic desserts: tiramisù.

After the class, sit down and enjoy the dishes you have prepared. Choose your favourite sauce for the fettuccine and accompany your meal with a glass of wine or a soft drink. Complete the experience with a small glass of limoncello or an Italian espresso.

Cooking Class Menu

Fresh homemade fettuccine with your choice of sauce:
- Tomato and basil
- Cacio e pepe
- Amatriciana
Ricotta-filled ravioli served with butter and sage
Homemade tiramisù
One glass of wine or a soft drink
One small glass of limoncello or an Italian espresso
Water
