This 4 hour experience incorporates both a cooking class in Rome, to learn the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine in a locally loved Roman restaurant, as well as a visit to one of the cities most popular gourmet food shops for delicious tastings.
Under the watchful guidance of Chef Angela, alongside our English-speaking food enthusiast, you’ll sharpen your culinary skills and discover the little secrets behind every delicious bite.
Over the course of this 3-hour cooking class, you’ll dive into authentic Italian food culture, from everyday habits at the table to the stories that bring each recipe to life. You’ll learn how to prepare classic specialties such as spinach and ricotta ravioli, four-cheese gnocchi, and tiramisu.
The experience takes place at Il Segreto restaurant, in a spacious, modern kitchen used daily by Angelo and his team, offering the perfect professional setting for a hands-on class.
Local wine and soft drinks will be available throughout. You’ll be welcomed with homemade snacks and a glass of prosecco to start. After each dish is prepared, you’ll sit down with Chef Angela and the group to enjoy what you’ve cooked and hear the stories behind the food. Lunch is paired with a D.O.C.G. Vermentino wine.
