DESCRIPTION
Travel back to the days of the Roman Republic and learn the history of the thermal baths built in 216 AD during the reigns of the emperors Septimius Severus and his son Caracalla.

Explore at your own pace and see the ruins of notable buildings used by the Romans during the thermae experience, including the cold water frigidarium, the hot water plunge pool of the caldarium, and the tepidarium, warmed by underfloor heating.
