In the grand spirit of the street food culinary tradition and the new Food truck fad in Rome, the Citta dell’Altra Economia will be hosting a three-day festival devoted to the best of Italian street food trucks. Go wild and try anything from BBQ Chianina burgers to trippa alla romana, to 2 Michelin star street food by Chef Marco Sacco. Over 20 food trucks (many of which also have amazing dolci), and 3 artisanal Italian breweries are waiting for you just down the street.
