Fiore, Rome’s flexible vegetarian restaurant where you can enjoy healthy, tasty and Italian cuisine
When traveling to Rome, two things will always come to mind: monuments and food. We all know about delightful Roman cuisine … carbonara, amatriciana, saltimbocca …. but what if you are vegan, vegetarian, or even flexitarian? Don’t panic, we’ve got just the place for you: Fiore!
Footsteps from Via Veneto in the heart of the dolce vita, you’ll find this restaurant with a menu that will satisfy any diet. From the meat and seafood lovers to the conscious vegan and vegetarian, everyone will be pleased at Fiore! And even though the chef experiments with innovative cooking techniques (raw food, low temperature frying, steamed food and cooking with a salt block) he always finds a way to stay true to Italian traditions.
There’s no doubt that it’s always a good moment to treat yourself and discover new ways to take care of your mind and body. So I’ve got a little something new for you to discover today: Flexitarian cuisine. Have you ever heard about it?
Flexitarian cuisine is a way of eating where only the highest quality of products are used and cooked in a healthy way. Mostly known as a “semi-vegetarian” diet, it’s true that you will find a lot of dishes without meat, but you will also find some seafood and meat dishes. The difference is that all dishes are made in a “conscious way”, and all the flavors and nutrients of the ingredients stay inside the dish. Definitely don’t miss out on their flavor-packed salmon paniere and their delicious fruit smoothies and juices!
Of course, the “Fiore’s experience” is not only in the palate but also in the sight. The main room is decorated with wooden furniture soaked in light and green colors, perfect to set that peaceful and relaxing mood you need to enjoy your meal. And if you’re into nice views (who isn’t?) don’t miss out on the incredible terrace on the top floor of the restaurant, surrounded by flowers and plants.
Fiore is not just a restaurant, it’s a state of mind of awareness of the new way of eating and cooking.
