German music label Raster-Noton’s electronic music festival, dubbed Electric Campfire, returns to the Eternal City for its 10th edition. Hosted by the Roman German Academy at Villa Massimo, the event has steadily attracted big names in the electronic scene since it first launched in 2007. This will also be the latest edition of Electric Campfire, as declared by the director of Villa Massimo, Joachim Blüher. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the musicians participating in the concert will perform in groups with performances created especially for the evening. What’s more, we will also see the latest group to join record label raster-media: ‘Island People’.
Electric Campfire is free, but those hoping to attend must register via the academy’s website from September 6th at 12pm.
