Born in Rome i've studied at Pellegrino Artusi Catering School, during my experiences i've worked in several bars between Rome, London and Sydney. Before moving back to Rome i recently managed the bar at the Hilton Sydney where i've worked for 2 years. Currently i am the Bar Manager of Hotel Vilon in Rome.
