scenography rome

Resembling a loft in Brooklyn, this store is where the theater of design in Rome takes place. Mixing classic curves and ultra-modern colors, this place is for lovers of decoration and interior experimentation. “The industrial and vintage style reborn” as they say, and we confirm it. Fun fact: the name is no coincidence, some pieces directly come from movie sets. Massive wooden and steel wardrobes, or thin and colorful tables and chairs, it’s for whoever dreamed to live in a movie… At least you may win the Oscar of best interior decoration! Ready? Set, action!

Best interior design stores in Rome

Open since few month, the new Rinascente department store is on its own a prodigious piece of design, architecture and art. With its 8 floors you can’t miss anything you need, but the one that interests us here, is the underground floor designed by Claudio Silvestrin and Giuliana Salmaso. Here you can actually find any interior design piece you need or desire. Art pieces, gadgets, accessories, little furnitures, lightning, travel items, electronics and hi-fi…you can actually spend one hour, even more, in this magic area in the heart of Rome.
