Pop, Electro and Rock Music Festival at Villa Medici
This electronic and rock-progressive music festival held at Villa Medici celebrates the very essence and spirit of art and music (with an extra bonus of having a stellar panoramic view of Rome)!
For its 9th edition, The French Academy of Rome and its director Muriel Mayette-Holtz open the doors of Villa Medici to Villa Aperta. Three days of electronic, pop and rock music intertwined by techno rhytms awais you.
To offer a complete panorama of current French music, this edition combines renowned talents with promising your artists. The 9th edition of Villa Aperta will cover a wide musical spectrum, from the intimate songs of the neo-seventies by Juliette Armanet (13 June) to the colorful pop of The Pirouettes (13 June), and the contagious energy of the great DJs Gregory and Deep (15 June). The music performances will be juxtaposed by visual art installations and artistic projections.
