Villa Borghese to host the second edition of Back to Nature: an outdoor exhibition with contemporary art installations by renowned artists
From May 12th till July 25th, get ready for Villa Borghese‘s outdoor exhibition entitled Back to Nature, curated by Costantino D’Orazio, which will take place in certain areas of the park: Parco dei Daini, Piazza di Siena and the Bilotti Museum.
One of Rome’s most historic and beloved parks will welcome a series of outdoor installations, designed or specially reinvented for the occasion by internationally renowned artists such as Loris Cecchini, Leandro Erlich, Giuseppe Gallo, Marzia Migliora, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Pietro Ruffo, Tomás Saraceno, Marinella Senatore and Accademia di Aracne.
Alongside these great artistic works immersed harmoniously in the gardens of Villa Borghese there will also be musical performances by the Conservatorio di Musica Santa Cecilia.

Included in the event “Back to Nature 2021. Contemporary Art at Villa Borghese”, the museum Carlo Bilotti in Villa Borghese will host the exhibition “Art and Nature. Works from the Capitoline contemporary art collections”. “Art and Nature” proposes an itinerary centred on this relationship through the exhibition of some significant works, all coming from the city’s museum collections and spanning the period from the 1960s to the present day, with the further intention of introducing the public to a lesser-known heritage.
